Bio
Emil Margolis (b.1986) is a composer and counselor living in El Cerrito, California. As a child, he began studying music with the incomparable Salvatore Spina in Skokie, Illinois. He also had the privilege to attend The Walden School, a summer camp for young composers, and later had the opportunity to work there as a staff member and as a teaching faculty member. He went on to study music composition through bachelor's and master's degrees, studying with incredibly kind and dedicated teachers like Joel Feigin and Andy Vores.
